Responsible for WPS of our sister concern i.e., Gulf Sail Galvanizing Factory LLC.
Accounting entries for the Salary and Wages Payables.
Posting and closing of the accounts of Payroll.
Have both experiences in Excel Payroll Preparation and ERP system (Crystal HR Solutions).
Ensuring all permanent & temporary staff is paid on time.
Monitoring the Time Sheets and Monthly Attendance Sheets.
Calculating and recording sickness payments and processing time sheets.
Fixing the OT strategies and trends of the labors Working Hours and Shifts.
Handling H.R documents and Files which is utmost confidential.
Fixing the Remuneration of the newly selected candidates.
Updation of new employees to the computerized pay system.
Providing training & support to new employees and more junior members of the team.
Answering queries from staff or external bodies promptly.
Arranging new candidates for interview and formulation of steps and stages for the same to the individual departments.
Recruitment of Work force to the Production.
Posting ads and searching for candidates for any vacant post reported by any departments.
Preparation of Offer Letters and Short listing the CV’s from Recruitment Officer
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks like Preparation of Termination Letters, Memos, Warning Letters, Pay slips, Salary Certificates, Salary transfer Letters etc.
Administer employee’s Full and Final Settlement in relation to Termination, Contract expiration, Resignation Visa Formalities as applicable to legislative and company policy governing Labour ban.
Preparation of Monthly Reports to the Authorities regarding HR Expenses and forecasted Budgets for the coming period.
EOSB Preparation and disbursement.
Maintaining Personnel Files and records for each Employee in the Department.
Processing annual leave settlements, resolving issues related to various types of leaves and ensuring policies are met all the time. Handling all leave applications (Earned leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc.) Coordinate with the travel agents for the ticketing purpose for all the employees. Coordinate business travel services, visa requirements & hotel bookings.
Implements the compensation program; Provide assistance to Regions and Head Office Senior management on confidential compensation issues.
Preparing Manpower reports, capturing hiring channels, attrition analysis and exit analysis. Creating ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.
Maintain database accuracy and keeping records updated.
Ensuring right allocation of manpower cost to the respective divisions.
Issuing memos like increment, non-increment, warning, termination, transfer, etc.
Responsible for Settling and Maintaining the Account Payables with Travel Agents and the Hotels.
Coordinating with Accounts for availing the funds for Salary and Settlement of the Employees.
Assisting the HR Manager in his routine Tasks.
Managing and Supervising the Attendance System.
Responsible for troubleshooting and decision making in the WPS issues.
Initiating contract renewal process and ensuring the closure within specified deadlines. Coordinating with PRO for visa process & cancellation of visa, renewals etc.
Coordinate with PRO for new Employment visa application, Employment visa renewal, Work permit Renewal, Visit Visa application, visa cancellation, updating passport details in HRIS, Passport renewal, and all other activities related to Labour and Emigration Dept.
Implement and evaluate personnel performance appraisal, and linking it to salary revision and reviewing Employee Annual Performance Forms.
Renewal of medical insurance policy, Administer employee health and life insurances.
Participate in the redevelopment of the company policies and create an employee manual for the organization.
