To make sure the work progress is as per planning, within the cost limits and quality To ensure the timely availability of material and machinery at site in reference to the site requirement. Maintaining a work schedule and monitor the work progress in reference to that schedule. Monitor the Workman force and subcontractors. To verify the bill of quantities by the subcontractor and maintaining a record of the work done by the subcontractors. Distribute the work for the foreman's to reach the planed progress. Calculating concrete quantities and coordinating with the supplier plants. Coordinating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

•Involved in the Project Planning, Scheduling & monitoring of Residential apartments new projects. •To prepare construction schedules utilizing primavera planning software, allocate activity codes, ID codes & WBS codes. •Study the tender requirements and participate in the preparation of tender with tender team using basic information available from tender drawings, BOQ's & project specifications. •Monitor the site progress, anticipates possible delays and suggests/prepare recovery plans if delays are encountered. • Prepare & submit the updated weekly schedules, cash flow, S Curve based on the progress of the projects and prepare & submit monthly reports. • Attend all the site progress meetings and track the outcomes & deliverables. Making a strong connection & communication with Consultant and Client at all the time related to the projects and participate in the high potential meetings.• Preparation of progress reports which includes, look ahead schedules, Activity record reports

• Prepare the Construction Detailed Baseline schedule using Primavera
P6 with loaded resources (manpower, cost & equipment) for new
projects and get approval.
• Collaborated with project teams to identify potential risks and
implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Monitored project progress and provided regular updates to
stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending
solutions.
• Conducted project analysis and provided recommendations for
optimization of resources and cost management, resulting in significant
cost savings for the organization.
• Lead the weekly progress meetings with potential presentations,
provides status reports & participating in the technical meetings
regularly and provide ideas & suggestions in regards to project
progress.
• Prepare & submit the Site Daily Progress Report (DPR), updated
Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, cash flow, S Curves, look ahead
programs (1 week, 2 weeks) based on the projects progress.
• Review and get certify from the Project Manager for the invoices of
the various stakeholders against their contract terms and actual work
done.
• Assist the Planning Manager Preparing and managing Claims,
Manpower follow -up by Histogram and Curves and Managing Sub
Contractors programs and productivity.
• Coordinated with project managers, contractors, and engineers to
ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Conducted site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to plans and
specifications, and made necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any
issues related to fit out & Interior systems and equipment.
