• Monitoring and first level support for 29 branch network nodes using HP monitoring tools.

• Allocation of IP’s and routing path for new customer links.
• Preparing Incident reports, Network diagrams and documentation of all the work for ISO certification and future reference purposes.
• Scheduling the backup of all routers, switches and wireless equipment.
• Scheduling and conducting Preventive Maintenance activities in NOC and Base stations.
• Maintaining inventory of IT assets in Calicut region.
• Maintaining 99.9% uptime of the Sify Internet Nodes in South Kerala region.
