Duties and Responsibilities:

I did build Riwa Factory from a scratch; it started as a greenfield project. My duties and responsibilities are as below:
1) Providing direct support and reporting to the president.
2) Ultimate responsibility for the management of the Factory (Company). In this capacity, responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the Company in order to achieve targeted objectives and profitability.
3) Rresponsible for the planning, implementation and development of all factory’s (company’s) policies and procedures related to finance, administration, sales, distribution, purchasing and technical activities.
4) Likewise, supervising and coordinating the finance, administration, sales, distribution, purchasing and technical operations of the Company.
5) Maintaining a continuous improvement atmosphere among all subordinates

1) Mainly responsible to manage and supervise the following divisions:-
a) Production
b) Quality Control
c) Maintenance
d) Warehouse
e) Motor Pool
2) Setting the yearly technical cascading objectives.
3) Assuring the implementation of instructions and plans given to the division heads under his supervision.
4) Daily follow up and coordination with division heads to plan, operate and implement the technical and logistic procedures and quality system in accordance with ISO -9001 -2000.
5) Assuring optimum performance for all divisions including machinery, human resources, materials and smooth operation.
6) Assuring availability of raw materials, spare parts, tools . . . etc with coordination with his subordinate heads.
7) Reporting to the Operations Manger regarding any improper operations or any problem within his divisions.

8) Coordinating with other Department Heads with regard to their request from the technical department.
9) Conducting along with the Operations Manger any feasibility and cost benefit studies to reduce and minimize the production cost.

Communicate, fully implement and enforce all requested certification required by the market/business.
