OVERHAULING, PREVENTIVE, SHEDULE AND BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE OF HEAVY TRUCKS AND TRAILORS
Performance test of Diesel Engine.
Inspect and assure the quality of spare parts.
Check work standard with drawing layout.
Follow all company policy and check for the spare standards reference to the drawing.
Execute planned co-ordination with mechanics to prevent shortage of spare parts to assembly line.
Assist assembly line production work.
Shift scheduling and report daily production.
Check and rectification if necessary before the delivery of vehicle.
Plan/carry out/works.
Supervision of staff within my assigned responsibility.
Check work standard with drawing layout.
Follow all company, client and health safety requirements.
Execute planned co-ordination with sub-contractors.
Material handling and documentation.
Job analysis, Risk assessments, Emergency preparedness, Accident and incident reporting appropriately
