• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service by creating friendly environment; recognize customers by name and their order, providing quality products, maintaining cleanness of store by all team.
•Resolve customer’s complain inquiry and encourage customers to participate online survey and feedback regarding service, product and store visit.
•Manage daily store operation including staff schedule, opening and closing procedure, cash handling and banking, stock management, store equipment and maintenance,
•Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and set clear sales target to team, review products availability to achieved sales target.

•Conducted monthly food safety audit by using self audit checklist to identify area of improvement and ensure all team follow food safety and hygiene standard.
•Conduct monthly inventory, review stock loss reports and work with store team to minimize stock lost.
•Ensure store fully compliance with company police, procedure and all necessary document available all time.
•Support area manager by conducting cross audit to multiple stores (internal audit, food safety audit), interviewing new supervisors and set yearly store budget as role Manager’s mentor.

• Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls and develops practices specific to need of store.
• Ensure communication is effective throughout store and back to Store Manager and brand team including product knowledge.
