•Meet Staffing requirements on time based on the Authorization with the respective targets for different roles, employee types, experience levels and locations in a dynamic environment with team size of 450 on average
• Track and report cost point, Utilization, Variances in clocking vs. authorization, non-labor claims, compliance, claim approval month over month, labor clocking delinquencies/closure in Critical Topics Reviews with Senior management and regular email reporting
• Release planning and governance of by tracking deliverables and project progress
• Ensure estimation is performed on time for all the projects and the Change requests and track the gap with respect to the authorization received from the client
• Strategic planning, execution and management of capability development function of a large team sized over 250.
• Manage SME development across 6 streams through mentoring, training and continuous evaluation process - formal and on-the-job, ensuring SME target achievement
• Head learning and development of the entire cluster through training based on needs, assessment, “Train the trainer” initiative and induction program
• Knowledge management of team which delivers over 200 projects a year
• People engagement through share nets, events, Look Ahead meeting, Retrospective sessions and Cross team collaboration
• Perform consultant role for Certification and ensure on time completion
• First line Management of a team with average of 25 members handling over 20 projects every quarterly release in a multi geographic work environment
• Involve in all lifecycle phases of all the projects in the entire release and driving the team towards successful delivery ensuring deadlines and project schedules are met
• Direct and manage key activities including planning, scheduling, estimation, project allocation, deliverables, execution, handling escalations, risk management, issue resolution and recovery planning
• Monitoring and reporting project performance metrics on a regular basis
• Team building and cross team relationship building
• Lead the team members in large-scale test planning, deliverables review, test data sharing and execution for highly interdependent projects
• Track risks and issues that effect multiple related projects prior to and during execution
• Identify and lead resolution of showstoppers and business critical issues across the program
• Job allocation to team members while setting interim deadlines for completion
• Attending daily status call with client, discuss open issues for the program, Interaction with the Business process engineers while maintaining adherence to quality standards and catering to client’s specific technical needs.
• Defect root cause analysis and implementing preventive & corrective measures
• Plan and create Test cases, test data, functional & regression testing, connectivity testing, logging and maintaining defects and reporting defects/metrics to the leadership.
• Coordinating with System Engineers, System testers and Developers and customer through calls and meetings to ensure the correct business functionality is delivered.
• Test execution of the E2E flow for the project through the phases of Sales, Service delivery till Bill Verification, following defect lifecycle
• Daily Status reporting for the project - for the ordering and billing cycles
