Contribute to the process reliability by implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance plans.
To define, manage and optimize the maintenance plans (PM1-Safety, PM2- Quality, Environmental, PM3-Durability) and the job plans for internal and external operators
Provide a safe working environment for all employees and ensure the safe operating conditions for the equipment
Analyse maintenance results and implements necessary actions in a continuous progress approach on short and medium term horizons (Week / Month).
To improve reliability of machinery and provide technical support in the domains of :
- Weekly and monthly analysis
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
- Reliability and Durability
- Definition of Spare parts needs
- Analysis and consumption reduction of Spare parts
Ensuring safe work practices as well as environmental compliance within industrial legislation compliance.
Guarantor of Quality Assurance for Maintenance Activity evolving towards continuous improvement.
Represented maintenance team for equipment reception phase.
Setting up and tracking of relevant indicators of maintenance and costs, and influence their evolution.
Involved with equipment evolutions (Modifications and New installations).
To train operations and maintenance personnel on technical whereabouts and methods (continuous training, one point lesson, work procedure…)
To develop maintenance methods (CMMS, Predictive, …)
Intervention effectiveness is followed, insures that maintenance indicators are progressing and necessary action plans designed.
Managing of maintenance budget (manpower, spare parts and services)
Calibrating of Monitoring and measuring instruments in house.
Preparation of Documents for ISO audit.
Preparing and Presenting MRM every month
Planning preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment and utilities to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce breakdowns and downtime.
Troubleshooting, rectifying & implementing effective techniques to reduce the breakdown time.
Ensuring job completion with 100% safe way by using standard safety tools and procedures.
Over seeing inventory of spares and deploying best inventory procedures to optimize usage and minimize expenses and wastage.
