Corporate Relationship Manager
Extensive experience of structuring, modeling, and credit documentation of syndicated project finance deals. Also, worked extensively in the advisory role for new financing transactions - in the financing of debts or capital for the Corporate Companies. Also, have structured the deals in the conventional and/or Islamic (Sharia-compliant) Products.
To analyze financial situation and credit worthiness by conducting complete credit analysis (i.e. gathering data, generating key ratios and checking ratios vs. benchmarks and competitors) to help accurately assess customers’ credit worthiness in order to present them in the CA and also responsible for the followings:
Prepares credit proposals using Moody’s or Point Scoring System.
Reviews and discusses credit proposals with Financial Analysts and with the business.
Provide Specific financial information upon request from Business and Credit.
Gathering information about the client and the market
Reading financial briefing
Reviewing the previous Credit Application
Assessing, Analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information
Undertaking risk assessment analysis
Checking clients’ credit exposure with SAMA
Tracking client’s credit exposure within set risk bearing limit
Keeping familiarity of key issues up-to-date
Helping to enhance the quality of Credit Application
Making recommendation about the procedures and policy changes
Accounting
