-Troubleshoot malfunctions of network services( DHCP, DNS, IP Routing, TCP/IP and HTTP) and software applications, VOIP(UCCX & CUCM) and security systems( ASA firewall & Secure ACS) to resolve operational issues and restore services.
-Manage and maintain Microsoft Products Active Directory(DNS, DHCP, Group Polices and users), Patch Management, Windows Server( 2008, 2012).
