I started as an Ground Operations agent as a marker of all incoming shipments allocating for the various delivery routs in Central province, learned all Central province delivery routes of DHL in less than 3 months. Then I was allocated in HIC department working with our team leader for the undeliverable shipments task force to minimise errors and release shipments as fast as possible. Doing that learned the process also in a professional manner and extremely quick, becoming a top performer in the department of Central province Operations.
Analysis, statistics, database and administrative support
I take full responsibility to all administrative procedure and assist my line manager ( Division Manager )
coordinate and support management target
Training on heavy machinery rig equipment and devices, maintain rig equipment and machinery, assist oil rig engineers to perform tasks in oil well. Make sure workers comply with safety rules and regulations, give reports on work permits regarding safety measures.
