1. 1. Planning the program activities and other operational requirement (Timeline, Budget, Other sources required).
2. Arranging all activates of the cadetship program (A-Z).
3. Working directly with the Academies and the sponsors of the cadetship program.

5. Create the required database program (Candidates database, Finance tracking, ex)

7. Generate student reports and statistics from database.
8. Maintain foundation scholarship files.
9. Works closely with foundation accountants on scholarship distributions.
10. Maintain schedule of deadlines to ensure tasks are done in a timely efficient manner.
11. Prepare and handle all aspects of mass mail outs regarding scholarships and student notifications or events.
12. Schedule and conduct professional development seminars, career fairs, student dinners and other events that may arise.
13. Arrange for and participate if needed in meetings and conferences.
14. Participate in foundation board committee meetings as needed.
15. Attend quarterly foundation Board of Directors meetings to report on scholarship programs.

 Inventory Management:

1. Liaising with the production department to ensure that the production level and the quality standard of product is in line with the delivery agreement.
2. Ensure that all planning and scheduling processes, methods and systems are functioning in accordance with the requirements and expectations defined by the Project common planning and scheduling guidelines.
3. Develop and implement plan according to actual progress curves. Reports and analyses monthly deviations from plan. Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
4. Record and update the cargoes shipments also the daily production rate to reconcile the inventory level.
5. Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
6. Support sales and delivery scenario planning, risk assessment and management processes as needed for schedule risk analysis as directed by the Management.


 Planning and Scheduling Management:

7. Negotiate directly with buyers about the cargoes delivery plan (Monthly, Yearly).
8. Create and develop the Annual Delivery Program (ADP) of LNG Cargoes
9. Define roles and responsibilities for planning and scheduling activities.
10. Proactively develop relationships, identify opportunities to add value, and engage team members as needed.

 Reporting and Invoicing Management:

11. Prepare and release all required documents and production, cargoes delivery and inventory level reports.

14. Coordinate with the Commercial and Production teams to develop the 90 days' schedules of delivery which is part of the agreement with buyers.

16. Auditing Invoices and LNG sales documents.
17. Auditing all exporting certificates of cargoes delivered (Quantity and Quality documents, bill of lading, certificate of origin….).
