- Build strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their concerns and needs through regular visits.
- Handle negotiations with potential customers to expand the customer base.
- Oversee the sales operation on a daily basis to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure that the necessary equipment needed for emergency is at our disposal as per the procedures.
- Coordinate with train staff, including the driver, station personnel, and the Operation Control Center for smooth operations.
- Address passengers' concerns and provide feedback, demonstrating a proactive approach to service enhancement and a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences for HHR passengers.
- Supervise the catering service provided to the passengers on board during the trips.
- Record and document incidents and occurrences throughout trips, and making sure that all procedures have been followed.
