BANK RECONCILIATION
Ensure all banking transactions are recorded and reconciled to the satisfaction of the company.
PETTY CASH TRANSACTIONS
Ensure all Petty Cash transactions are recorded based on proper documentation and authorization to comply with Company Financial Policies and Procedures. Assisting in preparing the cash flow projections on monthly / quarterly and annually or as requested by the top management for better control of cash flow.
INTERNAL CONTROL
Exercise vigilance on the application of all relevant financial controls and make recommendations for the strengthening of internal control when necessary, to meet Business Requirements. Reviews the monthly payroll prepared by the HR department. Review the payment vouchers prepared by the accounting department staff. Maintain dayto-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by top management.
