FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Implement Financial Policies, Accounting System, Standards and Procedures in line with the company strategy. Manage the financial system, ensuing maximum productivity and that it

FINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION - DIVISION LEVEL
Consolidate all accounting transactions from subsidiary ledgers in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Point of Sales into a single General Ledger in order to generate financial statements (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements etc.).
INTER COMPANY RECONCILIATION
Ensure all intercompany accounts are reconciled and balances confirmed so that all transactions, flowing in or out the group company, are recorded and there is no subsidiary balance after consolidation.
BANK RECONCILIATION
Ensure all banking transactions are recorded and reconciled to the satisfaction of the company.
PETTY CASH TRANSACTIONS
Ensure all Petty Cash transactions are recorded based on proper documentation and authorization to comply with Company Financial Policies and Procedures. Assisting in preparing the cash flow projections on monthly / quarterly and annually or as requested by the top management for better control of cash flow.
INTERNAL CONTROL
Exercise vigilance on the application of all relevant financial controls and make recommendations for the strengthening of internal control when necessary, to meet Business Requirements. Reviews the monthly payroll prepared by the HR department. Review the payment vouchers prepared by the accounting department staff. Maintain dayto-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by top management.
Assisting in the determine of the process and authorizing documents to be used to ensure transactions are accurately, completely, and timely recorded according to the appropriate
financial, legal and international accounting standards.
EXTERNAL AUDIT
Liaise and provide external auditors support by way of clarifications, explanations and provision of supporting documents in order to ensure authenticity of the financial statements. Preparing the related tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting
and other tax requirements
Internal communication
Ensuring the compliance of the applicable laws and regulations; and verifying the related documents for completeness and compliance. Supervising the works of the accounting
department personnel, and coaching them. Reviewing the entries prepared by the accounting staff.

Responsibilities:
- Lead & supervise a team of accountants.
- Accurate and timely maintenance of any or all general ledger accounts assigned. This includes account analysis and reconciliation, developing support schedules, and making journal entries.
- Preparing a significant number of high level support schedules in preparation for the audit. This includes regular year round maintenance as well as more numerous and detailed year end support schedules. Take a major role as a contact person with outside auditors in answering questions and providing information as needed.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Complex reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Maintenance of fixed asset information.
- Draft, maintain, audit, and administer full spectrum of internal accounting control procedures including general accounting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform small scale internal audits of areas.
- Perform full range of inter-company balance reconciliations and eliminating entries.
- Prepare a variety of miscellaneous reports.
- Guide the top management in crucial decision making.
- Provide assistance in the development, monitoring, and implementation of the budget.
- Performs other tasks and special projects.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment.
- Analyze sales/marketing monthly expenses and sales representatives’ gross receipts.
