Responsible for Compliance, AML-CTF, Anti-Fraud and governance issues, functions, roles and responsibilities.
o Writing, Reviewing and updating polices and procedure periodically to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
o Preparing Audit & Compliance assessments and reports.
o Reviewing and approving a new product, forms, contracts and services to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
o Represent and act as Company's point of contact with CMA regarding any issues .
Responsible of Shareholders complaints and their relation with the company.
Set internal policies and procedures to combat financial crimes, such as money laundering and terrorism finance.
•Promote awareness of compliance issues and train employees on compliance-related matters through periodic programs.
•Assist in collection of relevant information from Regulations and other relevant laws to advise business on compliance issues. Training and Awareness to bank employee about the Compliance and AML.
Saudi Home Loans (SHL)
•Preparing internal reports of compliance monitoring and self-assessment of non-compliance risks -Quarterly.
•Lead the development and delivery of Compliance trainings for the company's employees to ensure that management and staff are equipped to manage risks across the organization.
•Reviewing and updating polices and procedure periodically to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Provide all the requirements to SAMA AML Dept. Make analysis and technical studies for the banking accounts according to the AML within the timeframe.
•Coordinate with the branches for provision of relevant documents. Follow up with The Records Center and the Information Center for requesting the relevant documents copies.
•I received all the fraud cases from the fraud dept in order to send the quarterly fraud reports by SAMA system.
•Promote awareness sessions on AML/CTF.
Monitor and analyze the new regulations and changes in existing regulations to know the impact on bank's business.
•Coordinate with other departments for any relevant regulatory issues.
•Update and manage breaches register and follow up with relevant departments.
•Act as Company's point of contact with SAMA regarding the SAMA Net during the probation period of SAMA NET
Manage and lead Branch staff, Customer service rep., tellers, Cash supervisors, and quick service. Control and review transactions.
•Control customer account maintenance. Also, Handle customer complaints and provide solutions. Branch Suspense Accounts.
Opening Accounts, issuing ATMs, assigning pin numbers, requesting and handling check books, investments ......etc.
•Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with banks clients as well as performs a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposit accounts, savings bonds, credit cards and consumer loans, and assisting clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution.
