•Carrying out daily corrective maintenance work order received room the end user around KFMC includes OPD, Maternity, General Hospital, Children hospital, Faculty of Medicine college blocks, Car parking admin, Service building, Pump section, Chiller section.
•Services offered ICU’s equipment’s, Patient pendants, Patient monitoring system etc.
•Operation Theatres - Isolation panels and Leakage current monitoring, Earthing systems as per Bio-Medical standards.
•Laboratory - Testing equipment’s for all.
•Blood Bank - Blood aeration machine, Blood storage equipment’s.
•Maintenance of Mobile blood bank vehicles.
•Installation of new panels as per load schedule & according to application (Indoor or Outdoor - IP standards).
•Installation & commissioning of new lighting poles, Power outlets, lighting fixture according to LUX level.
•Cable laying and termination as per required specification under safety procedure.
•Monitoring daily service request and work orders created by the end user through Maximo.
•Maintaining the consumables & spare parts as per daily consumption and size of the work space occupied.
•Preparing weekly & monthly report to prove it & show our performance to client for valuable feedback
Roles and responsible: Qatar Gas)
The main objective of my role is operation and maintenance of Field Instruments, BMS system Transformer, ATS (Auto Transfer switch), UPS, AHU’s, Fire Hydrant pump, Diesel generator, Split Ac’s, FCU, ACCP, Manage and coordinate Plumbing, Painting, carpentry and monitoring each and every activities.
•Working knowledge of P& ID control systems and checking of control loops etc.
•Maintaining equipment database systems (Data sheets), flow diagrams & Equipment specifications, selections, control valve sizing.
•Responsible for Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and system.
•Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
•Installation and commissioning of any new projects undergoing with proposal like new power panels, ACP panels, ACB, VCB selections etc.
•Direct coordinate with manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish installation standards and specifications.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment’s & supervise and train project team members as necessary.
Investigate and test vendors' and competitors' products.
Provide cost effective operation of M&E.
Test the fixed electrical infrastructure, lightning protection and portable electrical appliances in accordance with maintenance schedules agreed with Owner.
Test all pressure vessels and hydraulic equipment including lifts and hoists in accordance with maintenance schedules agreed with Owner.
Communications cabling; building equipment controls; building automated system ("BAS"); fire alarm system ("FAS") other life safety systems
Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
Investigate customer complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
Plan layout of electric power generating plants and distribution lines and stations.
Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.

Nature of jobs and responsibilities
Responsible for Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance of Utilities
•Having maintenance and Operation knowledge on Thermocouple, pressure regulated valves, Pnumatic signal alarm high and low, pressure and temperature gauges, electric to pneumatic (I/P)converters, solenoid switches, pull cord swithches, belt sway swithch, Zero speed switch.
•Having knowledge on PID controller.
•Hands on experience on Programmable logic controller (PLC).
•Having experience on Industrial Ethernet like ProfiBus, Modbus, Hart communicator.
•Operation and Maintenance of HVAC for 110TR, 210 TR chillers & AHU’s.
•Operation and Maintenance of 1600 KVA*2 Transformers.
•Operation and Maintenance of switch gears like ACB, VCB & oil circuit breaker.
•Operation and Maintenance of Induction motors.
•Operation and Maintenance of IR Air Compressor 105 cfm*2 no’s.
•Operation and Maintenance of Diesel Generator 750 Kva * 2 no’s.
•Making of daily reports & keeping the records.
•Making of Monthly reports of Energy Consumption of DGs and HVPN Power Supply.
•Maintaining AMC for the equipments.
•Co-ordinate with the vendors to perform service works.
•Weekly, Quarterly and Annual Maintenance for Electrical, HVAC, & other equipments which is required/ scheduled.
•Maintaining the record like: ISO-14001, ISO-9002, QS-9000, OHSAS 18001, 5-S, IBMS and HSQE.
•IBMS Control for HVAC & other equipments.
•Operation and maintenance of Building Management System, PA system, and Access card system.
•Checkout for any change to be done in Preventive Maintenance Checklists as per the working conditions of machines and Breakdown Log.
• List out pending jobs periodically and taking corrective action.
•Taking various initiatives to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time by doing the modification as when required.

Calibration, Installation, Loop checking, Commissioning of all Pneumatic and Electronic Instruments connected with various Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature controls during Running, Startup and Shutdown .Trouble shooting and Preventive Maintenance in Utility units, Process crude treatment units, Export Gas
Compressors and Gas storage tank area Instruments. Programming and Trouble shooting of DCS, MARK-V and PLC based Variable Speed Drives.
•Interpret technical documentation - data sheets, vendor manuals, troubleshooting flowcharts etc. Interpret/prepare technical drawings - from simple schematics to complex PID's, ILD's and PLC ladder logic diagram.
•Using an overview of digital/Instrument systems resident within a maintenance area of responsibility develops complete systems maintenance programs to insure effective use of available manpower and test equipment
•Ensures that periodic maintenance is performed in accordance with vendor recommendations and company procedures and that maintenance logs and records are maintained.
•Having knowledge of flow control valve, pressure control valve and pneumatic actuators.
•Knowledge of Motor Operated Valve Actuators (MOV Actuator) , Gas Operated Valve Actuators (GOV Actuator).
