Joined as Facilities Manager (Jun 2017- Present).
Working as MEP & Facilities Manager in World trade Centre; Dubai Investment park; First Abu Dhabi Bank; Dubai Science Park- TECOM i.e..., building, Dubai, UAE.
• Leading and managing all service legislative agreement to ensuring maximum revenue with 100% achievement
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, Operations dept. and clients and provide active support in the delivery of services by suppliers as per supplier SLAs and QHSE standards.
• Utilizing CAFM system (MAXIMO) to generate the required reports to ensure maintenance reliability of all assets in line with SLA, including preventive maintenance PPM, corrective maintenance CM, reactive maintenance RM.
• By using Customer relationship management (CRMS) for managing all client relationships and customers. Had customer service knowledge by supporting leasing department.
• Managing and researching with vendors or contractors; calculating and comparing costs for services to achieve maximum value for money, whilst maintaining the expected level of quality and service.
• Preparing relevant financial and statistical reports as required by the business to assess performance, market trends etc.
• Reviewing performance against budget and business objectives, and proposing measures/strategies to achieve or exceed projected targets
Joined as MEP Technical (Aug 2016 - Jun 2017).
Working as Assistant Manager in Gold & Diamond Park building, Dubai, UAE.
• Managing both hard and soft services (HFM & SFM).
• Utilizing CAFM system (MAXIMO) to generate the required reports to ensure maintenance reliability of all assets in line with SLA, including preventive maintenance PPM, corrective maintenance CM, reactive maintenance RM.
• By using Customer relationship management (CRMS) for managing all client relationships and customers. Had customer service knowledge by supporting leasing department.
• Assisting in facilities management budgets, OPEX and CAPEX.
• Managing the contracts of all FM contracts and ensure all deliverables are met, which may include KPI, SLAs, PMS, Terms and Conditions of contracts …etc.
• Managing projects in compliance with all governmental regulation such as DEWA, civil defence (DCD), Dubai municipality (DM), and HS&E standards.
• Managing and supervising the maintenance of Special Services Equipment e.g. Water Features, elevators, escalators, Chillers, FA/FF system, electrical feeders and breakers ... etc. and managing the authorized contractors in line with company standards and procedures SLA's and agreed contractual terms.
• Managing all fit out works within the assets to ensure compliance with the building specifications and regulatory compliances.
• Reviewing proposed MEP drawings to ensure that the system are fit for purpose, comply with building standards and accessible for maintenance.
• Ensuring that all planned, corrective and reactive maintenance are completed as mentioned in POR (Premises Output Requirements).
• Assist SP performance by using PRS (Performance Rating System) and ensuring all deliverables and contractual obligations are met in the light of SLA and KPI.
• Aiding in developing RFQs and LPOs relevant to MEP and Civil activities for facilities development and modification.
• Conducting technical and managerial meetings to adhere compliance of contracts between EMAAR and Service Providers / Suppliers.
• Joined as MEP Supervisor (Jan 2014 - present).
• Working as Facilities and MEP supervisor in DAMAC-Green Park building in JVT.
• Carry out and ensure PPM is complete on all relevant equipment as per the schedule.
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources and also respond to all reactive maintenance under specified service level.
• Oversee and carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of wide range of equipment.
• Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates. Liaise with technicians to ensure accuracy of quotations and estimates. Assist and implement management instruction for project, service and planned maintenance.
• Arrange for site inspection from time to time monitor standard of work and completion schedule and coordinate with other team ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
• Joined as Junior Engineer (June 2013 - Jan 2014).
• Supervising MEP maintenance in First Gulf Bank (Dubai and Northern Emirates)
• Expert in assert registration, PPM planner, PPM rising and closing tasks by using “CONCEPT 500 system navigation software” by
1. Set up building and location to concept,
2. Upload asset details,
3. Upload PPM schedules,
4. Review the PPM planner,
5. And controlling the task rise.
• Worked in the project of Energy Saving Management in SABA towers by installing the motion sensor in corridor and also alternate the lift lobby circuits with timers for low power consumptions.
• Worked as a technician in Electrical complaints in sites like BURJ KHALIFHA, SABA tower, and Dubai refreshment centre, Arabian Adventures etc.
• Had experience in electrical PPM carried in all electrical panel boards and expertise in documents preparation for PPM using “IRISYS 4000 Series Imager and report writer”.
• Worked as Shift manager (7th July 2010 - 25th September 2012) of a Multinational company in United Kingdom.
• Proficient in managing 15Kpsa organisation with team of 20 above. Had experience in managing a diverse workforce. Demonstrates strong sales focus.
• Have basic HR/ER knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process).
