• Maintain daily financial records using STP accounting software and excel.
• Experienced in running day-to-day accounting transactions and reports related to operation of shopping mall leasing, office tower leasing, promotion and marketing of the company throughout the years.
• Managed billing, account receivables, account payables and account reconciliation to ensure timely processing and worked cross functionally to ensure the balances of accounts with external companies. Proceeded VAT related matters

• Provided expert guidance on accounting and tax matters to clients, including company establishment and compliance. Prepare legal and accounting proposals, quotations, invoices and receipts.
• Prepared comprehensive financial statements and tax returns in accordance with government regulations for both local and foreign companies.
• Arrange account receivables, account payable and bank reconciliation.
• Payroll function including tax calculation and make payment.
