my responsibilities is to maintain the manpower, supervision of the labour's, execution of preferred plan in site, ensuring the construction are within codes and dimensions, providing barbending schedule, analyze and execute the buildings as per structural drawings provided. I have learned many things as a fresher in this project it's my first real time project over multistorey buildings.this knowledge provides me to work as an individual
I'm worked as an intern in this company which i have learned the starting basics. here I have worked out as trainee which I maintain over six individual homes are in the proper construction.As a beginner I got to complete 4 projects by myself as a trainee.
