Completed the construction of Mumbai Coastal Road Project as Deputy Project Manager and currently working as a Project Director in Section 3 of Package C3 High Speed Rail Project between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

responsible for the management of all aspects of the operations; overseeing the identification of risks, development and implantation of plans, setting up of base lines, directing works as they are in progress, providing logistical and supply chain management support, reporting on progress to stakeholders and senior management, and leading and directing large teams of workers and sub contractors, controlling costs within budget and managing changes. Due to the public nature of much of the work I have been involved with, carrying out maintenance, protection of pipelines, relocation and protection of utilities and renovations to roads, public structures, etc., I am required to liaise effectively with all sorts of third parties, from the Omani Royal Police, PDO, KOC, KIPIC to various local authorities. Throughout my time at GALFAR, I have earned a reputation as a dependable professional who can be trusted to consistently deliver projects above client expectations. I have gradually worked my way through smaller projects and I am now regularly entrusted with multimillion rial contracts, delivering a number of successful projects within budget and consistently delivering above expectations.
