Project Management
• Responsible to manage the projects of new sites deployment or network expansion in order to fulfill the Business requirement, Government and VIP request or Customer complain.
• Negotiate and follow up with other department for cost estimation of new investment in order to calculate ROI on the investment.
• Manage the vendors for BOQ order and validate on the submitted BOQ regarding about the price, solution proposal.
• Discuss and follow up with all stake holders by daily or weekly basis in order to align on the projects and to implement as on timeline, budget and plan.
• Responsible for cancellation and closing of Purchase Order for not utilized equipment, service and license items in order to save Capex and Opex.
• Supporting to higher management in order to make decision from technical, commercial and process point of view. Radio Network Optimization
• Responsible for overall quality and performance improvement for the region in charge.
• Cooperate with customer complaint team and analysis team for achieving region KPIs.
• Cooperate with RF design team for coverage and quality improvement.
• Monitoring the major KPIs for the region and send report to the analysis team in case of any degradation.
• Validation and giving approval for vendor SSV and Cluster reports based on the design criteria.
• Study on the dismantle and relocation sites and provide optimization solution proposal.
• Monthly analysis for Low Throughput cells and provide optimization proposal for the improvement.
• Weekly analysis of GSM congestion cells and providing optimization proposal for VAMOS license re-shuffling, CR preparation and KPI monitoring.
• Weekly analysis of interference cells and implement optimization action like blocking, traffic sharing.
• Weekly analysis of Zero Traffic cells and provide analysis result to analysis group.
• Quarterly analysis of Worse Performance Cells and provide optimization proposal for the improvement.
• Ensure RAN Design and Master plan is updated, taking into consideration Marketing objectives, Coverage objectives and build challenges are addressed and resolved.
• Dimensions the RAN network according to the coverage, capacity and quality requirements.
• Manages team resources and vendors to perform engineering services in compliance with the contracted timelines and approved budgets.
• Designates workload to team members and provides technical expertise to assist them when needed.
• Manages all stages of wireless projects from proposal and requirement definition to project planning, support in optimization and acceptance.
• Responsible for RAN AOP planning aligned with company strategy.
• Supporting in Annual Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) preparation and request approval from CXOs and Group with justification.
• Plans the Node-Bs in Planning Tools, defining their related parameters like site coordinates, antenna type, antenna height, antenna tilt, antenna azimuth, CPICH power, propagation model parameters.
• Conducts analysis of network performance reports and traffic patterns to evaluate real time network capacity and propose capacity and coverage enhancements, as and when required.
• Participate in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders/MS Team involved in the development and deployment of network services in order to define best solutions for existing, as well as new products and services.
• Plays an active role as a mentor to other engineering colleagues as required. Eventually transferring the competence internally through formal trainings or on-the-job training.
• Defines methods and procedures for RAN Planning and Design tasks.
• Generates RAN Planning and Design related reports.
• Technical site survey for more than 5000 sites for Telecom network deployment.
• Drive test to check existing network status and new sites deployment.
• Validation of Site acquisition report and technical site survey reports.
• Wheelbarrow project site survey along train road in entire Myanmar for Fiber network deployment.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
• Processes purchasing orders as required.
• Tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchased and maintain database.
• Performs physical count of inventory and update in database.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and floor productivity.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse tam, manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Transfer data from various source to excel or database.
• Create spreadsheets with large amount of data without any mistakes.
• Verify data by comparing with source information.
