Finance
 Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules on monthly/Annual.
 Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
 Prepares and directs the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports.

 Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
 Annual budget preparation and review (Receiving the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examines them for correctness, accuracy and completeness; and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives, Consolidating the data for budget presentation and also providing an overview of the financial status of all the operations. Analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts. Submitting budget reports to the higher management of the organization for further scrutiny and approval in accordance with the approved policy.
 Working Capital Management (Monitor receivables, inventory)
 Analyze and interpret financial information that corporate executives / management need in order to make sound business decisions.
Inventory`
 Run a series of inventory reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of ``item/brand/supplier’s performance.
 Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
 Review inventory variance and align action plan (quantity and price variance analysis)
 Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalizing inventory and maximizing available working capital
 Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
 Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
HR & Admin
 Employee evaluation process, counsels employees and effectively recommends initial discipline and other personnel decisions.
 Plans, organizes, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned professional and technical support staff.
 Recommends selection of staff; trains staff in work procedures, recommends discipline as required.
 Manages organizing events e.g. tradeshows and seminars
