Design plans to identify and evaluate current ICT system services and practices to propose necessary modifications in SLAs (services level agreements) for IT and HIS system.
Create and grow revenue streams by cultivating successful partnership with MOH and Private Hospitals.
Develop new business opportunity by effectively communicating product line to leading hospitals in KSA.
Met existing customers on monthly basics to review current service and expand sales opportunities.
Deliver consultative presentation to physicians, nurse injectors, patient care coordinators etc .to help them better message our product to their patients and to assist with allover practice health and efficiency
• Effectively managing ICT project plans, structures, associated costs & budgets, allocating resources with use of project management methodologies
• Identify and remove flaws and deficiencies in existing system methods to ensure continuity in current ICT services
• Use process modeling expertise to manage and supervise datacenter and propose guidelines for designing supporting system software
• Ensure the effective, prudent and responsible use of available resources by ensuring compliance with relevant policies, system guidelines and specifications
• Ensure flow of system activities with support and installation of new system components to satisfy user needs and maintain business integrity
• Design and coordinate functional specifications and solutions to users regarding disaster recovery procedures, identifying and rectifying system errors, maintaining backups for IT system and information
• Design and implement functional solutions and specifications to ensure delivery of an effective level of technical ICT services for system
• Disseminate necessary information and provide guidance to IT department and Head in complex system strategic decision making procedures
• Evaluating needs for conducting training sessions regarding ICT practices and new services and documents the procedure and technical procedures
• Handle major ICT project and plans ensuring significant resource management, development and implementation of systems and components to ensure delivery of optimal and effective IT technical services
o Project preparation with complete details and pricing.
o Negotiating with vendors for best pricing.
o Checking the availability of products.
o Project submission.
• Biomedical Equipment and consumables, sales and service.
• Healthcare Equipment Management with stock control & Inventory Management.
• Installation & maintenance of various biomedical equipment
Deployment of IT infrastructure in all aspects both (hardware and software)
Design infrastructure for Planmeca Romexis software to all dental equipment's all over King Saud university (college of dentistry )
Work closely with Bio-medical Project Managers to support, implement and design IT infrastructure for dental machines and X-ray equipment's.
• Remain a main point of contact for IT related issues.
• Ensure that all IT responsibilities are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare weekly reports; present the same to head of department.
• Ensure accuracy of information contained in IT report & compliance with statutory
requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day IT support of the company.
• Monitor servers and network and report to department head.
• Prepare projects for any server migration application.
• Continuous monitoring of internal network data flow and identify any network latency.
• Coordinating with other business unit managers and ensure that the IT support is actual
to the Business Criticals.
Installation of Network components, CCTV installation, Door Access system configuration to the clients .Prepare Quote for customers .
Coordinate with a team of 6 members for installation and commissioning .And maintain customer service records .
