 COORDINATE ISO AND HSE AUDITS AT TEAM LEVEL AND GROUP LEVEL AND FOLLOW UP CLOSE OUT OF AUDIT RECOMMENDATIONS
 DIRECT AND SUPERVISE ACTIVITIES OF ON-CALL PERSONNEL IN CARRYING OUT OF HSE STUDIES AND PREPARATION OF REPORTS.

 REVIEWING OF PROJECT QUALITY REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON TENDERS AS APPROPRIATE

 CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS AND CU-ORDINATION FOR EACH PROJCETS
 COORDINATES EFFICIENTLY THE RESOURCES AND USAGE OF CHEMICALS AND CONSUMABLES.
 ASSISTS IN THE CONTROL OF INVENTORY ISSUANCE.
 PARTICIPATES IN THE AUDITS AND TAKE NECESSARY MEASURES TO CLOSE OUT THE NON-CONFORMANCES.

Monitoring the Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Projects and Stack Monitoring Projects
Performing Performance evaluation of Staffs
Maintaining Discipline inside the Department.
Coordinates the calibration of instruments and ensures that all instruments are in perfect working condition.
Coordinates efficiently the resources and usage of chemicals and consumables.
Assists in the control of inventory issuance.
Participates in the audits and take necessary measures to close out the non-conformances.
Provides regular feedback on projects to supervisor.
Ensures that Company and client’s quality, safety and operational policies & procedures, including IT Policies, are complied with at all times, that all work areas, offices, vehicles and company provided equipment are kept in a clean, tidy and in operational condition.
Sign Environment-Staff documents i.e. Leave forms, ticket reimbursement forms etc.
Maintain crew roaster of Environmental services crew.

 The main role is to deliver complete EIA and Preliminary EIA studies and reports for the Oil, Petroleum and Natural gas sector.
 Conduct full EIA and PEIA studies (Oil, Petroleum and Natural gas sector) and carry out Analysis.
 Conducts quality studies and prepares quality reports.
 Conduct Environmental Audits based on KEPA regulations and approvals
 Conduct Audits and assist with ISO 14001:2004 EMS certifications & Implementations
 Making Techno-Commercial quotations
 Making EIA proposals based on the tenders
 Co-ordinate with the Napesco Environmental Laboratory for Sampling and Analysis for Air. Water, Soil & Hazardous waste
 Sustainability, EMS and Environmental Compliance.
 Project Management, Marketing, technical presentations & Business Planning
 Coordinates with clients’ design, engineering, operations, and management teams so as to collect information, deliver accurate assessment of impacts, and suggest best practice mitigation measures and alternatives.
 Prepares sampling action plans, environmental plans, all necessary calculations, and modeling reports as necessary.
 Act as a Project Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Coordinator on behalf of clients if necessary.
 Multi disciplinary requirements and procedures with regard to safety, operability, and environmental aspects of oil and gas processing systems.
 Co-ordinate with Kuwait Environmental Public Authority (KEPA) By-Laws and Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) HSE Management System .
 Preparation of Environmental Management Plans and alternatives suggestions and rating sections.
 Conducting site Ambient Air sampling, Emissions Stack sampling, Groundwater sampling, Noise measuring, and Soil sampling.

 Evolve and implement Quality & Environmental strategies
 Establish and enforce processes and measurements as per Mercedes Benz India
 Implement International Dealer Standard as Mercedes Benz India guideline
Ensure implementation of all the Quality Processes
 Conducting & Coordinating Audit for Process Compliance.

 To ensure that all calendar activities pertaining to Quality Management System/ documentation (QMS) are being executed as per schedule such as Internal Audit, Surveillance audit, Management Review Meetings and other program of activities pertaining to QMS / QA.
 To ensure that other activities pertaining to activities of Business Development Dept. have been scheduled and executed as per plan.
 To ensure that all changes done as per Process / Documentation are in accordance with the approved Standard Procedure.
