• Work aspects in various sectors—FMCG, healthcare, government, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage, Media, Telecom, etc.
• Use different research methodologies for data collection- CAPI-Online/Offline, PAPI, CLTs, Exit Interviews, Car Clinics, ifield (Ipsos Platform)
• Planning & Management of field interviewers
• Scheduling and planning of project tasks.
• Regular monitoring and FW accompaniments of fieldworkers. And updating all concerned teams/individuals of project status/progress across all countries to ensure timely completion
• Implementation of data checking before delivery
• Ensuring necessary documentation is completed before projects commence to ensure quality/audit compliance.
• Ensure the projects are running to the agreed timeline and budget
• Handling client meetings, and overseeing all client needs in the field.
