Role:
• To plan the annual budgets & KPIs as well as periodically forecast revenues based on current Trends.
• Map sales, financial planning for retail expansion based on key factors & prepare feasibilities.
• Participate in the range/buy plan process, supply chain management, strategic pricing & fashion strategy of brand.
• Compile data on customer buying behavior & preferences, competitor activity, market dynamics, new developments.
• Review, analyze all stores/merchandise/promotion performances to capitalize on missed opportunities.
• Ensures all stores are ideally stocked down to department / category / style with apt VM.
• Plan/execute events, promotions, branding activities, advertising strategy & maintain best in class retail standards.
Accomplishments: -
• Successfully opened 9 Retail Outlets.
• Managed the day-to-day operations of 12 Outlets (15528 Square meter Retail Area)
• Guiding the operations of 12 stores with a staff strength of 224 including 2 Cluster Manager, 12 Store Managers, 1 AVM and 1 Area Trainer.
• Identify business opportunities in each location, propose business plan and execute to tap it.
• Drive best practice discipline across the retail sales teams on customer service, employee engagement, employee motivation and business development.
• Ensure cross functional engagement and drive effective communication between various teams and units e.g., inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, IT, finance and warehouse. Implement Store layout, visual merchandising, stock & fixture positioning according to brand guidelines.
• Manage product launches and promotions.
• Monitor key market trends and competitor’s activity to keep business abreast of new industry developments.
• Assisting direct reports with the improvement of skills through personal development plans. And ensure that training is delivered where appropriate to meet business objectives and succession plan requirements.
• Achieve in season stock sell through in stores to be in line will concept plan.
• Analyzing & consolidating stocks from store to store on basis of sales movement.

Accomplishments: -
• Successfully opened 8 Retail Outlets in Western and Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Successfully Led, delivered projects including Internal Training Department, Management Development Programs and National (Saudi Localization) Development Programs
• Designed & Implemented store visit formats and worked various digital initiatives for sales improvement through social media and CRM activities.
• Devised specific stock loss action plans and achieved turnaround in Southern and Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Overseeing the entire gamut of tasks for 9 internationals like brands Hunk Moller, Celio, Camaieu, Quiz, Hush Puppies, Lakeland, Tape o Leil, Origem, Shoe Citi, Lakeland and so on.
• Guiding the operations of 14 stores with a staff strength of 82 including 14 Store Managers

• Trained and developed 11 new Store Managers who have been successfully running the day-to-day operations of retail outlets.
