• Inventory costing & Management.
• Define TP & SP based on Value chain analysis.
• Liaising with Factories, Sales depts & Services teams, customers, suppliers and banks for all financial and commercial matters.
• Handling AR & AP and credit control.
• Intercompany, GL transactions, Capex & Opex handling.
• Managing the Sales invoicing process.
• Payroll related tasks.
• Month-end book closing activities.
• Accounts reconciliations.
• Reports consolidation across multiple country domains/entities.
• P&L and BS review and finalization.
• Prepare monthly reports & schedules (P&L, BS, CF, AR, Scorecard .... etc.)
• Handling VAT & Excise tax filings.
• Prepare monthly Presentation decks/BU Slides
• Prepare various commercial analysis reports (Customer/Market profitability, Gross Margin, Margin per case, NSR Profitability, Gap analysis)
• Financial Planning and Analysis (Monthly forecasting process, sales forecast, P&L & BS forecast, cash-flow forecast)
• Yearly budgeting process (building and reviewing with BU Director and Finance Heads)
• Internal & External Audit related activities.
• Coordinating with IT teams to develop financial models & Dashboard reports.
• Handling master data related transactions (customer master, supplier master, customer master prices, discounts master)
• Coordinating with BU Directors, Finance Heads, logistic teams, HR, Tax, Sales, Warehouse, SSC teams….etc.
