Determining the project costs by calculating the quantity, materials, and labor relating to the projects.
Laying out the engineering documents such as specifications, timeline, contract issuance and follow up, etc.
Maintains project data by submitting and completing a weekly report, etc.
The setting of invoicing targets and ensuring that the targets are met and payment certificate from the client is released. Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes.
Assign weekly tasks to design, application and procurement team and monitoring the same.
Effectively solve problems that arise during the daily operations of the team.
Tactfully solve interpersonally and other people-management issues, thus enhancing teamwork and productivity.
Design, develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies in close coordination with the Manager.
Assist in, monitor, control and manage business operations to meet client expectations and company goals
Site supervision/ Execution, checking and ensuring that the construction work is as
per the drawing and technical specification.
Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at the site as per consultant
approvals.
Determine the strength of concrete as per grade by various testing methods.
Ensure the quality of materials used in construction.
Maintaining daily and monthly reports of working.
Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations
are adhered to.
Prepare bills of quantities.
