• Perform Document Control functions in line with Approved Procedure
• Proper Safekeeping, Controlling and Maintenance of Documents, Such As Drawings, Vendor Submittals, Material Submittals and Specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining & controlling the issue of project technical documents as per the Document Control Procedure
• Providing support to Project Team by managing incoming / outgoing project information and documentation on daily basis, while ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• As per Project Quality Plan, project documents are separately maintained for different stages: Enquiry, Design, Construction, Supervision and Maintenance.
• To maintain progress reports of documents handled by the department on a weekly basis and issue the notices to department heads regarding outstanding correspondences if any for expeditious response as per project contract
• Data Input for the Incoming and Outgoing Correspondences.
• Document Sorting, Filing And Retrieval In Accordance To Project Filing System.
• Communication / Liaison with Project Management Team, Client & Subcontractors effectively and resolve problems & issues related to documentation.
• Monitoring and Following-Up the Status Incoming Submittals Using Expedition.
• Monitoring and following up the status of RFI, MIR, & others Documents for Approval etc.
• Prepare Expedition Reports and forward to all Managers.
• Prepare Daily reports and forward to PMC approval.
• Typing Letters in Response to Contractors Queries and Instructions.
• Typing submittals comments and processing its transmittal.
• Monitor Code-C RFI and Prepare report for QA/QC Team.
