Receiving shipment and dispatch the items to between store as per requirements.
Make online orders.
Prepare daily orders for delivery.
Keep the records like dispatch vouchers, receipt and acknowledgement.
Prepare and submit inventory report to Store Manager.
Collection cash and deposit to Bank.
Maintain cash handover register cash & card transaction data submit to accounts manager on daily basis.
Booking orders received from marketers (EXXON & SABIC) by email and fax.
Received the manifest from various shipping line for export cargo.
Dispatch the full containers to port as per the shipping line manifest.
Maintaining GMTD database.
Preparing daily status like collection containers and truck delivery & monthly status report like shipped out.
Monitoring all trucks through GPS online tracking system .
Prepare the truck waybill for trip money.
Receiving shipment and update to system accordingly.
Inspecting and packing items.
Making GRN.
Prepare Stock report on monthly basis
