DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review of tender drawings, BOQ, Specifications etc for discrepancies, incorporating any additional BOQ items/scope within the tender offer, reporting the issues to the superior.
• Analysis of rates of Labour, Material and Plant and assist to build up the cost to price the special BOQ items, based on pricing preambles
• Prepare, submit and negotiate Variation Orders (Cost Proposals) with Client Representative.
• Preparation of interim payment application.
• Preparing Rate breakdown/rate analysis for additional/ variation work
• Final accounts preparation, submission and agreement with Engineer.
• Scheduling and execution of subcontract agreements.
• Checking and certifying subcontractor payments.
• Maintain Logs of Insurances, Notifications, valuation & Claims.
• Preparing and issuing correspondence / Notices.
