DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve assigned targets within time limits in a monthly, quarterly and annual time period.
• Provide excellent customer services to clients.
• Maintain positive and healthy professional relationships with technical teams.

• Keep abreast with insurance market news, changing regulations, and competitor movements and products.
• Submit daily, monthly and quarterly activity and production reports to management.
• Use of QMS: maintain log of client visits, prospect list and enquiries submitted.
• Responsible for the collection of and any outstanding premiums.
• Comply with the norms of discipline and follow the advice/ guidelines set by team leaders and managers.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by Team Leader and Branch Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports and direct reporting to Marketing Manager and Marketing Director;
• Liaise and networks with a range of clients, and partnered organization and suppliers;
• Full responsibility in preparation year-round communications on Semi and Full Barter Deal negotiations with media partners/ industry supporters and other related entities which are qualified to partner for our events;
• Monitors partners and sponsors and Reed deliverables from start to end of campaign;
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
• Conducts market research, surveys through CRMs or e-mailers to specified/ required target audience;
• Create briefs, supports in managing and monitoring production of marketing materials such as banner, invitations, posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, e-newsletters, e-mailers, adverts, advertorials, press releases, etc;
• Proofreading copies; liaise with designers and printers (traffic control- Account Manager);
• Arranging the effective distribution and delivery of marketing materials, keeping track of all marketing deliverables from time to time;
• Website monitoring and implement amends through agencies;
• Keeps track of website reports and supplier’s reports - for Social Media, websites traffic and other survey reports like Google Analytics, etc;
• Contributes to the development, evaluation and implementation of marketing / media plans and strategies;
• Prepares Marketing Reports (Monthly and other Post show reports) and other presentations required from time to time;
• Attends other related events or exhibitions for networking purpose;
• Arrange and engage in meeting potential partners and existing partners;
• Performs other related marketing and administrative duties from time to time;
• Assists in other events if required.

• Getting collateral design briefs, job inquiries and orders from clients, and working with General Manager, Account Manager and Production Manager to provide quotations, proposals and meet deadline and timelines as required.

• Follow up on accounts through organized individual account support and coordinate with internal order-processing systems, e.g. Design, Production, Accounts and Management; to ensure timely delivery of sales or design presentation, provide quotations and proposals in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Production Manager and by the General Manager.
• Promptly respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email, fax and personal visits.
• Serve as your clients main contact point for all business issues in relation to their respective dealings/transactions and account management.
• Report on client follow-up and sales activities and provide relevant weekly tracking information as per tracking sheet provided by the General Manager.
• Generate reports on Sales forecast as required by management
• Attend scheduled meetings or follow-up meetings with the General Manager and other senior management as required.
• Conduct presentations to new and existing clients as required.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company areas necessary to perform duties and aid overall business and organizational development objectives.
• Attend networking and other events (may be outside working hours) to represent company as directed by management.
• Perform other duties not listed above that may be required by management that may be required to achieve company business objectives.
