Responsible for:
• Replenishing stock of all of Sainsbury’s products.
• Ensuring outgoing shipments are in good condition and meet specifications.
• Identifying items of incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying them against consignment.
• Recording order details in system and tracking shipping details.
• Ensuring all safety requirements are fully complied as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring correct shipping documents are obtained from suppliers.
• Communicating shipping volumes with the supervisor.
• Categorizing invoices, analyzing data and auditing freight bills.
Responsible for:
• Dealing with 20+ customers in relation to product sales.
• Handling all incoming customer queries and questions.
• Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as required.
• Handling payment transactions
• Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information.
