Project: New Construction of all Infrastructures, Building of camp, Roads, Mining Plant, TSF (Tailings dam Storage Facilities)
Operational
• Over-all Management from conception to completion with a thorough understanding of the civil/ construction/building industry
• Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner
• Manage of the project team functions & take full responsibility for all activities on site.
• Supervision & co-ordination of multiple contractors to ensure that they understand their scope of works and constantly guide them during the duration of the project
• Identify & manage all needs on and around site - labour, materials, services, environmental protection, servitudes and how to manage them, visits to site, general public, etc.
• Close liaison with all client representatives
• Control and give direction to multi-disciplinary departments
• Procedure review and revision if required & Implement and manage thereof
• Planning & Methodology of existing and new works
• Preparations of method statements and procedures
• Review project programme and updates on regular basis
• Delegation, assignment control, programming & efficiency

Unloading station Structure, Fire water Structure with deck to road access, with 3 sets of trenches, 132KV Trench 500m long, 10&11 KV trench 300m long, Unloading Trench 200m Long & from November 2011 Water Treatment Plant was also added as my responsibility.
Primary responsibilities: • Manage above structures with 236 people in my work force with the help of 3 senior foremen, 6 foremen, 9 junior foremen, 2 site engineers & 2 quality controllers.

• Managed the final bridge of 116 meters long at Walker street, Sunnyside Pretoria and completed the super structure the end of March 2010
• Completed 8 bridges from start to end on Bombela Project in 2.3 years including erecting of a full scale Batch Plant.
