JOB ROLE
Candidate Attraction/ Online Marketing;
­Placing adverts for live roles
­Post job adverts as required on social networking sites + anywhere potential candidates may be as required by team
­Stay on top of Linked In groups and log INS answering emails and accepting invitations etc.

Candidate Support;
­Writing up Candidate Summaries for selected candidates to give clients an idea of their background, what they are looking for and the strengths they could bring to their business as per template
­Calling candidates to check they have received vacancy information and asking them to reply to the emails

General Admin/ Database;
Keep First Resort’s database up to date with all candidate activity
­Update new job vacancies and shortlisted candidates to the database
­Backing up all computers monthly
­Managing online groups & increasing numbers
­Etc. depending on need

• Completing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly equipment calibrations.
