I have completed my Master's in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource and Development Management from Christ University, Bangalore, as part of the 2022-2024 batch. During my program, I have interned with three prestigious organizations: Holiday Inn, Larsen & Toubro, and Apollo Hospital. Each internship helped me to gain practical insights into HR functions in diverse industries. My academic project was titled "Employee Engagement and Its Impact on Job Performance in the Hospitality Industry in Kerala." This project focused on understanding how employee engagement initiatives influence job performance, particularly within the hospitality sector, emphasizing the Kerala region's unique working environment.
