• Driving the company’s recruitment strategy - overseeing recruitment campaigns
• Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
• Assisting HR functions across UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and KSA.
• Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Maintains employee database, payroll and all employee related procedures
• Coordinating with PRO for visa oriented procedures and execution of all legal aspects

• Visa application, NOC processing, salaries, Renewal of Leases and Trade License
• Maintains inward and outward register in respect of all documents such as working paper files / balance sheets / cheques / other office documents
• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
• Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Responsible for Payments and office expenses
• Maintain scheduling of events, calendar and represent the company when needed
• Direct the clients to the appropriate staff in the firm
• Assists in planning of meetings, events, conferences, etc.
• Delivering instructive, supportive, collaborative and motivational coaching sessions that foster open communication. Able to accurately diagnose performance issues and develop effective action plans to address the root cause of issues.

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans, including advertising, promotion, and public relations.
• Coordinate the development and production of internal and external publications, promotional materials, and communications, including web-based communications and social media outlets; and edit, proofread, and design materials as needed.
• Work with college/university departments to create identity and promote division/unit.
• Review and select vendors for advertising and production of promotional materials.
• Develop social media strategies; monitor and contribute to external social media sites and outlets as assigned.
