• EMDAD “SABIC Supply Chain Reengineering Project” (Duration 2.5 years). the point of contact for sourcing and contracting process and related activities.
• Procure-to-Pay (PTP) automation (Duration 1 year). Assisted in developing and migrating the bidding tender algorithms from Excel to a web-based PTP system.
• Annual Business Plan Integration project. Team lead in integrating transportation and sourcing departments’ requirements and inputs into the business plan.
• Data Quality and Process Integrations project. Duration 6 months.
• SABIC Supply Chain Management Global Integration project Duration 3 months. Change management and process support.
• Portside Logistics Facility (PLF) Project (duration 6 months). Studies the feasibility of establishing a long-term investment to build rail network and port facility to handle SABIC shipments.
• Studied market insight and prepared monthly reports covering market intelligence and marine transportation performance status to support upper management decision-making. Optimized supplier communication process, reduced the response time by requesting dedicated person of contact.
• Contributed to preparing the allocations planning based on service quality and the cost optimization. Carried out department budgeting and all related activities.
• Initiated and led Unilever Global Customer Service KPIs and loss analysis in the gulf region.
