• Planning, scheduling and executing surveying activities through all phases of projects; establishing position & detailed layout for new structures; monitoring data accumulation, construction layout, precision measurements of length, angle, elevation & area volume, horizontal & vertical control surveys as well as utilization of land.
• Design coordination. (Pavement Design, Horizontal Alignment, Vertical Alignment and other structure drawings)

Scope: The project involved construction of approx. 11 km of New Dual Carriageway with 5 running lanes on either side of the central median, not including connector roads, with provision for future two running lanes in each direction will be included in the median. In addition, collector/feeder/service/access roads were provided as necessary. The project included 3-Pedestrian Overpasses, 20-Bridges, 1-Tunnel, 8-Vehicular Underpasses, 24-Cyclist/Pedestrian Underpasses, 4-QP Culverts, Walkways and Cycle Ways.
Role:
• Planning, scheduling and executing surveying activities through all phases of projects; establishing position & detailed layout for new structures; monitoring data accumulation, construction layout, precision measurements of length, angle, elevation & area volume, horizontal & vertical control surveys as well as utilization of land
• Monitoring construction works as per IFC drawings; responding to all IRs issued by the contractor as per time limits established by the Resident Engineers and Senior Highway Surveyor
• Checking principal survey points and line & level of works; checking as-built works for conformance and ensuring recording of as built survey of the completed works for project hand-over; checking Stock Pile, Excavation & Required Material Quantity using AutoCAD Civil 3D; checking setting out survey activities in compliance with QSM (Qatar Survey Manual developed by UPDA Qatar) and QCS 2010
• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites; visiting sites for verification of selected locations for rechecking key survey parameters, if required
• Overseeing preparation of design / contract drawings; scheduling work as per master schedule & plan; executing site work as per approved shop drawing; checking finished activities and conducting technical audits at site
• Planning, managing & monitoring the implementation of correct QA/QC procedures for survey section; identifying errors and informing engineers for troubleshooting areas; ensuring zero defects in setting outs

benchmarks; undertook Topographic Survey (CS & LS)
* Developed Centre Line, Drain and Culverts; set-out and fixed points in site
* Created initial & as built cross section; prepared As-Built AutoCAD drawing and checked tolerance among co-
ordinate and level; checked design Level Asphalt, ABC, and Sub Base for every chain age

* Created interim payment application, sub contactor’s bills and variation order

Scope: The project involved construction of 14 Water Tanks, Building, and Road Infrastructure,
Pipeline & Cable Line Utilities (Drainage, Sewage, Solid Waste, Irrigation Water, Chilled
Water, Potable Water, LPG, Fuel, Telecom, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Electrical Cables)
Role:
* Undertook Topographic Survey from GPS and downloaded data from Leica Geo-office; developed contour plan,
calculated cut and fill volume from LISCAD; maintained surveying control points & benchmarks and established
new control points & bench marks from control traverse
* Built Structure Excavation 3D Model and calculated excavation quantity; prepared earth work monthly progress
* Worked in coordination with Construction Manager, Site Surveyor, QA-QC, Technical Engineers and
