Handling customer complaints

Conducting Team Building and Motivational Activities
Supervising Team on achieving given targets
Liaison and Maintaining good relationships among parties external to the organization to achieve the maximum support to delight our customers
Practicing accurate DUTY FREE rules & regulations with Confident awareness.

International Airport Sri Lanka Former Alpha Orient Lanka.

mentioned above.
• Working as a TEAM LEADER from 2007 up to 2010.
• From 12/10/2005 to 18/09/2007 worked as CUSTERMER SERVICE ASSISTANT in the
Alpha Orient Lanka Duty Free Shops at the Bandaranaike International Airport Sri Lanka.
