Recruitment:
1. Screening, Short listing and selecting local and international candidates according to each department’s requirements.
2. Maintaining job advertisements in Caterer global, and coordination with other recruitment agencies.
3. Make employment contracts.
4. Conduct induction and orientation for the new joiners. Follow up with new joiners with post - induction and orientation interviews to identify if they are settled in well within their department.
5. Coordinate with the PRO for Visa procedures for the newly recruited candidates and other visa related issues.


Training and Development:

1. Coordinate with different departments for their training needs and make training plans with Training Manager.
2. Coordinate with outside training companies for training done outside of the hotel premises.
3. Assist the training manager for the monthly trainings.
4. Evaluate the training feedback from the participants, assist the Training Manager to develop the program accordingly.
5. Update training records.
6. Follow up with the departmental training events and making sure the training is done correctly as per the hotel standards.

Administration:

1. Update HR system (PAYTRAX).
2. Coordinate with Finance department for the monthly payroll.
3. Maintain and update the employee vacation forms, sick leaves, leave days.
4. Coordinate with different departments for the holiday plan and book tickets for entitled employees.
5. Generate reports for the monthly meeting with the General Manager - reports for available positions for each department and turnover of the month, special events and trainings conducted in that month.
6. Conduct exit interviews.
7. Participate and represent the HR department for the daily morning meetings with General Manager.
Performance evaluations:

1. Coordinate with different departments for the probation appraisals, yearly appraisals.
2. Coordinate with General Manger for the management appraisals.
3. Discuss future potential development steps for the employees who have scored high. And for the employees who are scored low discuss the training needs, and ways to help them in their jobs.

Staff Welfare:

1. Conduct and represent HR department for monthly employee welfare committee meetings.
2. Help to organize monthly get-together and yearly staff parties.
3. Coordinate with different departments for the employee of the month and star of the month.
4. Help to Organize monthly games with different departments and sister hotels.
