Primary responsibilities:
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SharePoint development team.
· Design and develop complex SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues.
· Manage the SharePoint development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
· Set and maintain SharePoint development standards and best practices.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest SharePoint technologies and trends.

Responsible for deign and implement enterprise application using .NET and SharePoint
-Leading the sharepoint team to build enterprise solutions using SharePoint 2013.
-Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed.
-Participate in code development (partially) by actively writing code.
-Provide technical leadership for project and team through design and code reviews.
-Ensuring best technical practices are applied.
-Mentoring the project team with PMs communication, interpersonal communication.
-Work with team to troubleshoot development environment, production environment, performance tune and optimize code.
-Participate in the interview process for Senior and Junior Developers.
-Provide estimations for various projects regarding design and development tasks.
-Maintain the source control system and the application life cycle management system for all the projects.

Experience:
-Extensive experience in developing SharePoint 2013 solutions.
-Extensive experience in SharePoint Workflows.
-Extensive experience in SharePoint 2013 development, customization and Branding.
-Develop and implement master pages, views, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, web parts, master pages and other custom components.
-Extensive experience in SharePoint service applications configuration (search, user profiles, excel services, Performance Point, etc.)
-Extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.
-Experience in .net framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Web API.
-Excellent communication skills and technical writing skills
-Solid presentation skills, management and problem-solving skills

•Primary responsibilities:include requirements gathering, analysis, design and development using Microsoft, ABBYY and Open Source technologies.

• Projects:
1. Kuwait Census 2011 Project (http://www.kuwaitcensus.com): the General Census of Population, Housing, Buildings and Establishments in the State of Kuwait 2011 to collect and analyze all census information that include the socio-economic characteristics for all persons residing in Kuwait, such as (Age, Gender, Employment, Level of education, Nationality, others) and to collect all Buildings and Establishments information by filling all kinds of forms then enter it to the ABBYY System stages(Scanning-Recognition-Verification-Export) after all information exported into census databases we generated all reports required by the central statistical bureau.
2. Kuwait E-Census 2011 (https://ecensus.kuwaitcensus.com/): It is a SharePoint web-based application that collects all Kuwait Census 2011 information through the internet in more secure manner, the purpose of Electronic Census project is to collect and analyze socio-economic data for all persons residing in Kuwait country at a given time through the E-Census website.
3. Census Utilities: It is a backend web application for census employees (Scanning Operators -Data Verification Operators -Verification Operators-Senior Verification Operators - Managers) that help the Operators employees to manage their work and knowing their daily performance through the application and help the managers to know the project progress and the result of daily statistical information.
4. Gulf Contact Centers Utilities (http://www.gulfccs.com/): It is a list of backend web applications for the call center agents that provides a lot of features to all Kuwaiti residents by asking any question regarding to Kuwait Census 2011, E-Census registration and Enumerators complains.
5. Kanee HR System: It is a software application that combines many human resources functions into one package including mange all employee information (personal information-residency-education-family information ...), contracts, holidays, payroll, salary structure, promotion and administration.
6. PAAFR backlog Project (http://www.paaf.gov.kw/): It is the document archiving project that include requirements gathering and analysis for all documents in PAAFR (Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs & Fish Resources), making the design and development for each document using ABBYY tools(ABBYY FlexiCapture10, ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio 10), upload project settings and workflow to the server, starting the stages to archive each folder/document (Preparation- Scanning - Filling- Verification- Export ).
7. PAAFR Tools: It is a backend web application for PAAFR employees (Scanning Operators -Data Verification Operators -Verification Operators-Senior Verification Operators - Managers) that help the Operators to manage their work, knowing their daily performance, distribute the work on verification operators, manage attendance (Sign in / Sign out)and employees permissions, help the managers to know the project progress and the productivity of all operators.

•Primary responsibilities: include design and development for unique web solutions starting from simple corporate websites to web-based applications(Brokerages On-line Trading Web Sites)

1.ICSS: Working in ICSS (Investment Certificates subscription System) Project which is a web-based software application that fully covers Mutual Fund Management investment certifications operations (Shareholder Definition and Categorization, Mutual Fund Prospectus Setup, Tracking Investment Certificate sales and redemptions and Automatic distribution of dividends to IC shareholders based on holdings).
2.ICSS Security Module: Security Module ensures that the system is running in a high security environment.
3.Portfolio Management Web Application Project: A web application that provides Portfolio Management functionality to customers that deal with Portfolio Management companies. Customer can view his portfolio summary, view his portfolio Stocks, Bonds, Deposits, Cash, T-Bills. Also customer can view Portfolio Valuation, statement. Customer can view Benchmark & Portfolio Values.

•Primary responsibilities: working as .net developer in a small and medium size applications helped me to gain great experience in dealing with user errors and exceptions.

1- Video Conference : it is chating module for Crises & Disasters Management - Egyptian Ministry of Defense and Military Production.
2- Information System Branch WebSite : it is web site for Information system branch - Egyptian Ministry of Defense.

1- DU Intranet Version 2 :It is a backend portal appication for DU company employees, that help them manage thier work through our portal.
2- Noor El-Eiman : It is project that introduce all information about holly quran especially numeric infromation.

•Projects:(CRM) web chat module : It is a customer relationship management web chat that enable customers to send their problems to customer support employees .It is a module of hospital management information(HMIS) system.
