Circulate the room with trays of appetizers and beverages
Greet the guest and help them to find their seats
Serve foods and drinks throughout the event
Assist in planning event and cleaned up the event space
Respond questions, complaints and special requests with genuine care
Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Remove all trash from kitchen counters and floor areas
Prepare coffee breaks, carts and stations with appropriate supplies
Maintain an enthusiastic attitude and adhere to dress codes
Greet guests and present them with the menu
Inform guests about the special items for the day and menu changes
Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell
Take food and beverage order from the guest on the order taking
Obtain revenues, accept payments and return the change
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed and directed by supervisor
Fill in for absent staff as needed

Print closing report and drop the cash with the finance department
