• Establish relationships with sales team and work with them closely to support our company's sales goals
• Prepare quotation for sales and service.
• Prepare Sales Contract
• Coordinated with supply chain team to ensure landing of stocks to all customers on time.
• Keep track of Periodical Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow up with service team.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance team to ensure smooth customer purchase experience.
• Involved in Digital transformation services, Digital marketing projects and support for internal customers.
• Providing insights and solutions on on-page SEO factors like Meta description, Images, Title tags, short & long keywords, product specifications, etc
• Experience in handing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
• Track website visitors, statistics and website growth using Google analytics.
• Run and Monitor Social Media Campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and Google Ads Campaigns.
• Define and Track PPC and CPA Campaigns for clients to increase ROI and to drive traffic to websites.
• Conduct keyword research with CPC
• Manage, update and process data with the use of advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, Pivot charts, Slicers and V-Lookup.
• Design effective marketing presentations using MS Power point
1. Perform Manual, Regression and GUI testing.
2. Prepare Test cases using requirement documents provided by development team.
3. Involved in transaction management projects like CRDB, EPOS, Cab solutions and Loyalty rewards programs.
