 Handling 5 districts of Primary & Secondary dealer networks
 Ensure in giving timely training and getting the work done from my team of 24 members
 Interviewing candidates for suitable vacancy at dealerships and training them on sales parameters
 Appointing new dealerships and sub-dealerships at prospective location on market share basis
 Ensure YBS, Branches and YBC are maintaining adequate stock for Sales
 Responsible for BTL-sales and promotion activities
 Making the dealer understand with PDCA concept and taking steps according to the action required to grow the business to next level with dealer support
 Engaging with Showroom Managers on daily basis for retail achievements and activities
 Planning rural activities, genba activities with separate appointed teams and tracking the results on regular basis
 Engaging in YFSP and YCSP safety programme activities and creating awareness in rural market about road safety along with sales pitch for increasing retail
 Identification of new Potential market for developing YBC’s under YBS
 Ensure YBC are performing as per scheduled target and helping them to get convert to YBS asap
 Training Showroom Managers, Sales Executives and Dealers on New products and Sales process
 As per requirement Tentative Orders, Firm Orders and Purchase Orders are derived from Dealers
 Guiding Dealers in business for entire month/year and plan accordingly for additional Orders
 Make sure of YCS to Dealers and accordingly making them to punch PO and ensure payments
 Analysing entire market and according to fitment planning activities for enhancing Retail
 Enhancing retail business through all sort of activities-leaflet distribution, bike tagging, exchange mela, core activity, kiosk activity, paper insert, local ad and GEMBA activity
