 Ensure YBC are performing as per scheduled target and helping them to get convert to YBS asap
 Training Showroom Managers, Sales Executives and Dealers on New products and Sales process
 As per requirement Tentative Orders, Firm Orders and Purchase Orders are derived from Dealers
 Guiding Dealers in business for entire month/year and plan accordingly for additional Orders
 Make sure of YCS to Dealers and accordingly making them to punch PO and ensure payments
 Analysing entire market and according to fitment planning activities for enhancing Retail
 Enhancing retail business through all sort of activities-leaflet distribution, bike tagging, exchange mela, core activity, kiosk activity, paper insert, local ad and GEMBA activity
