Full Responsibility for the managing of production, quality
control, stores, purchasing, logistics, and following up the
projects for DCP Construction Material Factory in Qatar.
-Prepare the annual plans for production, purchasing, human
resources improvements, products improvements in
coordination with other departments.
-Responsible for the operations development planning and
execution for the company factory in Qatar in coordination with
the company G.M .
-responsible in managing and following up the other units that
related to the factory as the utilities units ( water treatment and
boiler )
