Currently leading the IT team through technical implementations. Also taking care of staffing and strategy and future of IT in my company. Latest project undertakings were implementation of payment gateway, optimization of search and a few other business specific enhancements. I lead the team right through staffing, feasibility study, analysis, effort, schedule and cost estimates, design, development, testing, implementation and continued business support.
Integrate Capillary's custom solution !nTouch with various Points of Sale present out there in the Industry. A few of the products I have worked with are Microsoft Retail Management Systems, Micros and NCR's Point of Sale solution.
I have worked with Target Corporation right from a developer to a IT Team Manager. I have experience with the Point of Sale/Payment gateway systems used in the Retail business.My last assignment for Target Corporation involved working with a team of 5 developers and actively enabling and directing my team to complete work as per the time lines drawn as well as deliver quality work. I have experience in ASP.NET using C#. Both web as well as application level programming.
