Design Review of PLC Drawings and Loop Drawings.
• Check compliance of all equipment on site with project requirements.
• Loop Checking.
• Commissioning all Motors in the plant.
• Test and validate all instruments on site.
• Validate all SCADA representation and operations.
• Fill non conformity forms.
• General Troubleshooting of all equipment on site.
• Confirm function of all instruments as per the Control Philosophy.
• Modify electrical and instrument drawings as per required function.
• Modify internal wirings in the electrical equipment as per revised drawings.
• Follow the work progress of the construction team technically and in quantity.
• Inspect and report regarding the progress of works.
• Verifying the compliance of the equipment delivered and installed with the schematic design and making a report for any discrepancy.
• Refer and report to the supervisor discrepancies and problems encountered on site.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are respected.
• Record and make progress report based on available documents and schedules.
• Signal check DI, DO, AI and IO from equipment to SCADA (monitor) through hardwire.
• Communication check from equipment to SCADA through Modbus, and fiber optic.
• Check installed cable specification as per required.
• Motor Solo run test including vibration, winding/bearing temperature,
voltage, frequency, rpm, running current and starting current.
• Transfer test of MCC and LV Panel Circuit Breaker
• Interlock test of a system by simulation and actual with trip signal from Overcurrent, TSH (temperature switch high), PSH (pressure switch high), PSL
(pressure switch low), LSH (level switch high), LSL (level switch low), VSH
(vibration switch high) and from analyzers.
Process Related work:
Managed the plant operation through monitoring and control of equipments
and process through SCADA during performance test periods.
